I happened upon a really great website that had just put up a magazine for Christmas crafts. It's really fun and has some very cute ideas that are not a lot of trouble. See the little baskets - made from egg carton sections. And the cutest snow village out of cereal boxes (it would be more time consuming but they would be quite an addition to your decorations.
